Our Business Model is Unique
One person, your Care Coordinator, is responsible for your entire case from assessment to placement of caregivers as well as ongoing scheduling issues, on-going care coordination, staff oversight and customer service issues. Your Care Coordinator is available 24/7 to both you and your caregiver.
Your Care Coordinator will also make every effort to assure continuous coverage by the same caregiver. Many agencies send out whoever is available. While this may be easier for the agencies, it is certainly not in the best interest of the client.
