Meet the San Diego Constant Companion Home Care Founder

Gabriela Foster-Brown, the CEO and Founder of Constant Companions Home Care, has over 20 years of experience working with the elderly and their families, beginning in 1987 working as a nursing aid and then from 1988-1992 as a home care companion. After graduation from college in 1992 she took an administrative position at a Medicare home health company and hospice care, in 1998 in a skilled nursing facility and in 2001, private duty home care, she has worked in many levels of the Continuum of Care.

This experience has formed a comprehensive understanding of the emotional, psychological and clinical aspects that are involved in making a decision to use private duty home care.

Aging In Place is the goal with Constant Companions Home Care. Our mission is to help seniors maintain as active and independent a lifestyle for as long as possible while able to stay in their own homes and communities.
